businesses attending the opening, and I wish all the team and its future learners,
every success.

an active commitment from the town towards addressing the skills needs of the
region.
"The aim of learndirect is to boost the employability of individuals and to increase the productivity and competitiveness of businesses, and we really hope that this new centre will have a positive impact on businesses in the local area."

Learndirect courses are ideal for businesses as they offer such flexibility. Employees can study at their desks during the day, for instance during a lunch hour, or we have the facility here at the centre to run intensive courses for groups of people.
